Ingredients:
1 cup cooked white rice
1 teaspoon rice bran oil
1 ½ cups rice flour
Water for mixing

Method:
- Place rice, oil and flour into a food processor and mix well.
- Add sufficient water to form a dough which can be pressed together.
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Press dough into finger shapes and place onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
- Microwave 4 at a time for 2 minutes on HIGH. Allow thoroughly before serving with a glass of EleCare®. Store in an airtight container.
