Ingredients:

1 cup cooked white rice
1 teaspoon rice bran oil
1 ½ cups rice flour
Water for mixing

Method:

  1. Place rice, oil and flour into a food processor and mix well.
  2. Add sufficient water to form a dough which can be pressed together.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. Press dough into finger shapes and place onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool.
  6. Microwave 4 at a time for 2 minutes on HIGH. Allow to cool thoroughly before serving with a glass of EleCare®. Store in an airtight container.
